Speedwatch Jackie and Ian went out on August 11 at Garn Lane, and motorists reported to North Wales Police.

Still waiting for a new sign from DCC at the entrance (email sent to check when).

11. Application for commutation amount funding.
This has allowed Councillor Delyth to get estimates for the new Top Park fence.
12. Rhestr Asedau HCC gan gynnwys Meinciau.
 An order has been placed with Luxury Coatings to paint the War Memorial Railings. Angelene Lawson completes paperwork for Church approval.
13.Henllan flower beds and billboards.
The introduction of a new bench of Meifod Wood products has now taken place from the Post Office. The New Noticeboard collected by Councillor Clwyd and stored until installed.

18. Planning applications.
 A. Consider any additional planning applications received prior to the meeting.
1.	Pre-planning application received 06/08/25 for the upgrade of the existing mobile phone mast at Byrn Llyfanen, off Denbigh Street, Henllan.
19. Correspondence
1.	A letter of complaint (circulated to the Council) regarding Llaith y Llan lorries speeding through the village (being considered by DCC).
2.	Application for a grant from Henllan Flower Show.
20. Street scene (highway) issues.
•	Two new signs have been erected on Lon Fain saying it is not suitable for Road Vehicles.
•	Letter received from Mike Cottle Bryn Meirion complaining of water coming in from the road to his garage (waiting for wetter weather to take pictures to get proof for DCC).
•	New handrail from Old Lane to Llindir Street (DCC is getting an estimate for handrail and post replacement).
•	A complaint from DCC that residents appear to put household trash in Black trash bins. (this is monitored by DCC).
•	A complaint from Ian about lines of sight at the Pen Cae Du Crossroads and a request to scramble further to assist visibility.
•	Complaint about dog mess at Parc Top and Nature Park, Facebook posts
“Pick up your mess”.
•	Separating litter at Parc Top, Helen Clift.
•	Road sweeping at Henllan Helen Clift. This is usually done through a request from DCC Customer Services.
