Bu cyfarfod o Gyngor Cymunedol Henllan ar lein, nos Fawrth, Ebrill 14eg.. Roedd mor llwyddiannus rydym am barhau cyfarfod yn yr un modd am gyn hired ag sydd angen.
Roeddem yn meddwl fod syniad Andrew (y Siop) a roddwyd ar dudalen Facebook Cymuned Henllan, i gynnal rhyw fath o ‘ddathliad’ pan ddaw bywyd yn ôl i arfer, yn un rhagorol.
Gan na fydd digwyddiadau arferol y pentre yn cael eu cynnal y flwyddyn yma – e.e. y penwythnos gwersylla, yr extrafigansa ac afellai y sioe flodau – ac sydd yn derbyn cefnogaeth ariannol oddiwrth y Cyngor, fe fyddai’r Cyngor yn barod i roi peth arian tuag at y dathliad yma. Hefyd buasai’r Cyngor yn cynnig cefnogaeth gyda materion priffyrdd, iechyd a diogelwch, ac yswiriaint.
Mae gweld cymaint yn awyddus i helpu trefnu’r dathliad yma yn beth gwych. Mae cynrychiolwyr o grwpiau a chlybiau y pentre hefyd yn cynnig eu cefnogaeth gyda’r defnydd a’r offer sydd ganddynt – e.e. pebyll ac offer BBQ sydd gan yr HCLA.
Gobeithiwn fydd cyfraniad gymaint o bobol yn sicrhau fydd pawb yn y pentre, beth bynag eu profiadau yn y sefyllfa bresennol, yn cael eu cynrychioli yn y dathliad hwn.
Dymuna’r Cyngor Cymunedol pob dymuniad da i bawb yn Henllan. Diolch i bawb am ddilyn y canllawiau presenol, am wirfoddoli i helpu y rhai bregus yn y pentre ac ymuno yn y ‘Clap for Carers’. Arhoswch yn saff, cadwch yn iach a phob lwc gyda’ch cynllunio a pharatoadau tuag at y dathliad arbennig yma.
Henllan Community Council was able to meet online on Tuesday, 14th April; it was so successful that we’ll be able to continue to meet in this way for as long as necessary.
We thought Andrew’s (shop) idea, posted on the Henllan Community Facebook page, about a ‘celebration’ of some kind to look forward to when life returns to some normality, was an excellent one.
Since other village events such as the camping weekend, the extravaganza, possibly the flower show for instance, which receive some funding from the council funds, can’t be held this year, some financial support for this event could be expected. Also, the council could offer support with highways issues, health and safety, insurance and so on.
So many in the village were keen to help organise this event, which is marvellous to see. Representatives from existing groups and clubs also offered support and use of existing facilities and equipment, such as HCLA’s marquees, BBQ and so on.
Hopefully, involvement from so many will ensure that everyone in the village, whose experience of this current situation will be very different, will be represented at the event, whatever form it takes.
The Community Council sends everyone in Henllan very best wishes, thanks for following current guidelines and for volunteering to help the vulnerable in the village and thanks for joining in with the ‘Clap for Carers’
Stay safe, keep well and good luck with your planning and preparations for the village celebration which will surely be a remarkable and memorable event.
