  3. Confirm the minutes of the previous Council meeting held on Tuesday 7th July Merfyn Robert and seconded by Clwyd Spenser passed for signature by the Chair.
  4. Traffic calming measures in Henllan None.
  5. Henllan Nature Reserve the planters.

Meifod Road have been replanted by Ysgol Gymraeg Henllan. Diolch.

Still awaiting signage for the Nature Reserve.

  1. Report on Top Park.

Chris is holding back on netting until posts are installed so he can accurately measure the amount of netting required.

Grant Application from Ysgol Gymraeg Henllan, was discussed and passed by the Council.

Grant Application from Henllan Church Institute for £1,000 to support the Henllan Flower Show was discussed and passed by the Council.

  1. Street Scene (Highway) Issues and Complaints.

Complaint to DCC regarding repairs to old Bus Stop Denbigh St Henllan awaiting reply from DCC – Still outstanding.

Henllan Nature Reserve sign – Still outstanding.

Complaint regarding Air Bnb Tentoeleven Church St update being dealt with by Councillor Delyth Jones – Ongoing.

Application to DCC Highways for permission to fix Community Speed watch signs in Henllan.- Still Outstanding.

Complaint to DCC regarding repairs to old Bus Stop Denbigh St Henllan awaiting reply from DCC – Still Outstanding.

Delyth advised Meifod Road and Bryn Y Garn Road resurfacing will be done February 2027 during half term.

  1. Denbighshire County Council Affairs.

Lenten Pool plans are done and works due to start in January.

There will be 2 roundabouts installed with pedestrian crossings, and there are going two places for buses to stop.

Charlotte Jones is showing the National Emergency Briefing film at the Church Institute on Friday 12th of October at 7-9pm. Council members are invited to this event and if all possible help out on the night. Please contact Charotte by e-mail at charlotte.jones@btinternet.com for further details.
