Dear residents, as you are probably aware, Parliament has been dissolved on 6th November until the General Election on 12th December. The deadline to register to vote is midnight on 26th November. Registering to vote can be done online at Electoral Commission and should take no more than 2 or 3 minutes.
You may be interested in applying for a postal vote. To vote by post, you will need to complete an application form on the Electoral Commission website. Print the form, complete it and sign it, and return it to the electoral registration office at County Hall, Ruthin. You need to sign the form personally because the electoral registration office needs a copy of your signature for voting security reasons.
Os ydych yn dymuno pleidleisio yn yr etholiad hwn rhaid i chi fod wedi eich cofrestru i bleidleisio. Cofrestrwch ‘nawr os nad ydych wedi gwneud hynny eisoes – oherwydd bydd yn rhy hwyr cyn hir. Rhaid cael eich ceisiadau i gofrestru erbyn dydd Mawrth 26 Tachwedd 2019.
Os na fyddwch yn gallu mynd i orsaf bleidleisio i bleidleisio, gallwch wneud cais i bleidleisio trwy’r post neu drwy ddirprwy. Gallwch gael rhagor o wybodaeth am bleidleisio trwy’r post a thrwy ddirprwy ar wefan y Comisiwn Etholiadol
Os oes gennych drefniadau eisoes i bleidleisio trwy’r post neu drwy ddirprwy yr ydych am eu newid, bydd angen i chi wneud hynny erbyn 5.00pm ddydd Mawrth 26 Tachwedd 2019.
