  6. Confirm the minutes of the previous Council meeting held on 4th November 2025 for signature by the Chair.
  7. Updated traffic calming measures in Henllan.

Cllr Ian has been in touch with North Wales Police to add two further locations for Speed Watch.

  2. Commuted Sum funding.

Cllr Ian has contacted Chris Brown by e-mail regarding the football club assisting with a contribution towards the grant to get the fencing erected.

  1. Top Park Mower.

Possibly a shortfall of £500 for mower may be applying for a grant for the difference.

  1. HCC’s List of Assets including Benches.

Awaiting erection in getting new notice board erected at Maes Sadwrn Cllr Ian has painted posts.

Henllan planters we have to change what we are planting to fall in with shortly to be written Biodiversity Diversity Plan these have to be native species. Bio Diversity officer from One Voice Wales visiting Henllan early 2026.
