- Discussion with members of the public present. Invitation’s have been sent to the affected residents of Glasfryn regarding the works carried out at the new development at Cil Y Coed. Contact has been made with the developer to also attend this meeting to discuss issues with the residents.
- Review by Councillors of any changes needed to the draft minutes before signing off.
- Confirm the minutes of the previous Council meeting held on 2nd December 2025 for signature by the Chair.

Cllr Ian is getting estimates for the new fencing for Top Park.

Cllr Ian has contacted the Bio Diversity officer from One Voice Wales and hopes he visit Henllan early 2026.
- Review of the Council’s website and communications (Social Media/Facebook).
Social Media Policy has been updated and a revised draft has been resent to Councillors for approval.
