THE REASON THIS MEETING WAS CALLED AS THE INTERNAL AUDIT NEEDED TO BE PASSED BY THE COUNCIL AND THE NEXT SCHEDULED MEETING OF THE FULL COUNCIL IS ON THE 1st SEPTEMBER 2026.
THIS MEETING WAS CALLED AT SHORT NOTICE TO DISCUSS THE RESULTS OF THE INTERNAL AUDIT CARRIED OUT BY HAROLD SMITH ACCOUNTANTS SO THIS AND OTHER DOCUMENTATION COULD BE PASSED AND FORWARDED TO AUDIT WALES BY THEIR DEADLINE OF 7th JULY 2026.

Councillors Jackie Jones, (Chair) Ian Carrie (Vice Chair) Tom Marshall and, Cerian Jones and Clerk and Responsible Officer Stephanie Kelly.
- Finance Update
The Internal Audit was tabled to the above Councillors after consideration it was voted on as correct and proposed by Ian Carrie and Seconded by Tom Marshall. Chair Jackie Jones requested all documentation to be passed to Audit Wales for their consideration.
