- Street Scene Henllan (highway) issues
Clwyd Spencer noted that there have been no gritters on the roads before 9am, an email has been sent to Councillor Delyth Jones asking for the policy on gritting, there are 2 Grit boxes that need refilling and 2 that require new lids, it was also noted that Church Street requires a junction line as it can be quite dangerous

A copy of the Code of Conduct Policy Document has been sent out to all Councillor’s, it was approved

Clwyd Spencer requested that two signatures are required for payment of wages.
Helen Clift brought up that the litter bins are constantly full with household rubbish.
Regarding the email from Craig Williams regarding the Bee Garden, Helen is going to place a request on Facebook for gardening equipment, this is to be put on the next agenda.
