Councillors Jackie Jones (Chair), Ian Carrie (Vice Chair), Cerian Jones, Gwyn Roberts, Geraint Williams, Nia Bellis, Merfyn Roberts, Tom Marshall, Clwyd Spenser and Clerk Stephanie Kelly.

- ELECTION OF CHAIR FOR THE 2026/2027 TERM OF OFFICE.
Members elected Councillor Jackie Jones to stay on as Chair for 2026/2027 Office.
- ELECTION OF VICE CHAIRMAN FOR THE 2026/2027 TERM OF OFFICE.
Members elected Councillor Ian Carrie to stay on as Vice Chairman for 2026/2027 Office.
- CHAIR’S ANNUAL REPORT.
Chairs Annual report was verbally given to the Council.
Councillor Tom Marshall appointed and Stephanie Kelly as our new Clerk.
Jackie highlighted: Donations made to worthy causes including, Denbigh Aged & Disabled Association Annual Day out, DPJ Foundation Mental Health Support for the farming Community.
Also grants given out to, Henllan Parish Church for Grass cutting etc, Chapel SM Henllan Grant towards new Organ, Henllan Children’s Activity Group, Henllan Flower Show, Club Peldroed Henllan and Henllan Brownies and Guides.
Progress of Top Park thanks go to Nia Bellis and Delyth Jones for their assistance. Thank you to Gareth Owen Evans, for maintaining Henllan public toilets.
Thanks also to Ian Carrie for his help during this year.
